Refund Policy

We strive to make every customer happy. If at any moment you have any questions or problems regarding our product or service, we ask that you give us a chance to fix the problem first. Please email us first and we will do everything in our power to help you.

We know, however, we are not perfect, so we have designed this unconditional refund policy for this purpose.

You will have 30 calendar days (unless explicitly specified otherwise in the offer) from the day of your purchase to request a full refund of the purchase price you paid to us.

You will need to give us a written request using our contact form and we will promptly return all your money back to you.

There are a few exceptions and they are usually clearly marked:

  1. If we performed customization, alterations or changes to our software or other parts of our offering specifically for you. For example if we added or extended a feature in the program just for you.
  2. If you obtained extended support from us as temporary work for hire. For example you asked us to install a software on your computers for you or give you advise that is outside of scope of regular support.

In such cases and under such conditions we cannot offer you a refund.
